  • BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION - As an Affiliate of Global Business Brokers International, you operate under your own name which allows you to build equity and a long term reputation for your own "Brand." As a member of a franchise organization, you would operate under their franchise name.
  • TERRITORY RESTRICTIONS - As an Affiliate of Global Business Brokers International, you can practice as a professional Business Broker in any geographical area that you are licensed to do so, anywhere in the world. Under a franchise system, you could be restricted to operating your Business Brokerage within your "Franchise Territory" which could inhibit your ability to grow your Business Brokerage outside you defined Franchise Territory. Additionally, should you elect to leave the franchise system, there could be severe penalties, including the requirement to sign a Non Compete Agreement so that you would be restricted from being a Business Broker in the geographical area of your choice.
  • OPERATING RESTRICTIONS - As an Affiliate of Global Business Brokers International, you can adopt your own "Best Business Practices" and not be limited by a franchise operating system.
